The ‘Historic City Spectacles’ is a feature available in Historic Cities, Cultural Subordinate Cities, and Epic Subordinate Cities (golden sub-cities) in Evony. You can gain powerful buffs by improving the spectacles of the corresponding sub-cities.
This article provides a guide to help you understand the rules of the Historic City Spectacles feature (including material consumption) and the attributes of spectacles.

The Rules of Historic City Spectacles
Each Epic Subordinate City, Historic City, or Cultural Subordinate City with this feature can build up to 5 spectacles.
Subordinate cities of different civilizations can unlock different spectacles, each with its own attributes. In addition, Building Cluster Attributes are triggered when 2 and 4 spectacles are improved.
Unlocking a spectacle may require consuming varying amounts of Subordinate City Fragments as well as Hephaestus Hammers.
