Evony has increased the level cap for dragons. Dragons in the Pasture and Dragon Cliff can now be fed up to Lv20, while Elder Dragons can be fed up to Lv25. Additionally, the first two talents have a maximum level of 100, and the last talent (an active skill) has a maximum level of 60.
