The Historic City Spectacles is a new feature of Historic City, Cultural Subordinate City, and Epic Subordinate City in Evony. You can get wonderful buffs by improving Spectacles to corresponding sub-cities.
Currently, all Epic Subordinate Cities (golden sub-cities) can improve Historic City Spectacles, while only some Historic Cities and Cultural Subordinate Cities can improve them. They are Vienna, Rostock, Milan, Budapest, Pantheon, Germany Famous City, Rome Famous City, Hungary Famous City, Tombouctou, Alexandria, Carthage, Phoenicia Famous City, Egypt Famous City, and Oasis Famous City.

The Rule of Historic City Spectacles
Each Epic Subordinate City, Historic City, or Cultural Subordinate City with this feature can build five Spectacles.
Subordinate Cities of different civilizations can unlock different Spectacles, and each Spectacle has its own attributes. In addition, Building Cluster Attributes are triggered for every 2 and 4 Spectacles improved.
Unlocking a Spectacle may require consuming varying amounts of Subordinate City Fragments as well as Hephaestus Hammers.
Hephaestus Hammer:
You can get the Hephaestus Hammer from every issue of King’s Party event:

You can get up to 200 Hephaestus Hammers from a cake. Of course, if you use double coupons and triple coupons, you will get more.
Subordinate City Fragment:
You can convert an unused Subordinate City Key into Subordinate City Fragment(s). (One key can be converted into 10 fragments.)
Notes:
- You can convert an Epic Subordinate City Key into the corresponding Epic Subordinate City Fragments.
- You can convert a Historic City Key into Historic City Fragments, and convert a Famous City Key into Cultural Subordinate City Fragments.
- The Historic City Fragment can be used to improve the Spectacles of any Historic City. And the Cultural Subordinate City Fragment can be used to improve any Famous City’s Spectacles.
