Since the release of Evony k45, many Spiritual Beasts have been added, and the Spiritual Beast Seal and Innate Skill functions were also enabled in the version released with k45. Currently, the latest spiritual beast is Forest Deer – Duneyrr, that released with Evony’s 2025 Easter Festival. It can fight with cavalry generals, defense generals, or sub-city (subordinate city) generals. It has good cavalry attack buffs, defense buffs, sub-city buffs, and a small number of debuffs for enemy cavalry and infantry HP. Please read this guide for details about this Duneyrr.
How to Unlock the Duneyrr？
You need the “Life Dewdrop” to unlock the spiritual beast, Duneyrr.
The Life Dewdrop can be obtained at the Forest Deer event.
During the event, you can purchase the “Spiritual Beast Package” to receive the “Spiritual Beast Scale Box”. From each box, it is possible to get 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, or 400 spiritual beast scales. You can redeem the Life Dewdrop when you collect 800 scales.
Each spiritual beast can only be exchanged once.
Besides, to activate Duneyrr, in addition to using Life Dewdrop, you must also upgrade the beast to Lv1.

The above buff values can be increased through Upgrade and Smelt (Upgrade Quality).
As for upgrading, we have already talked about it when explaining how to unlock the beast above. However, when the beast reaches Lv10, you need to smelt it to the corresponding quality before you can continue to upgrade it.
Quality smelt contains 7 levels, which can be distinguished by color: white, green, blue, purple, orange, gold, and red, from low to high quality.
Smelt will consume gems, Crimson Crystal, Awakening Stone, and gold. Among them, only upgrading to red quality requires the consumption of the Awakening Stone.

Evony K45 Spiritual Beast Seal & Innate Skill Rules:
The Seal feature will unlock when the Spiritual Beast reaches Lv10.
Each beast has 5 seal attributes and 3 innate skills, which will offer special buffs (or debuffs).
First, you need to activate and upgrade seal attributes, as this determines whether you can unlock and upgrade innate skills.
Unlocking and upgrading Innate Skills require the total level of Spiritual Beast Seals and Pasture to reach certain levels. While Seal will cost Gems and Blood Crystals, so, no matter what, you need to collect enough Blood Crystals.

Conclusions:
If you are still far from Evony k45, you don’t have many dragons and beasts to carry, and the training cost is not easy to afford, you can assign it to a main general focus on the cavalry attack, of course, the premise is that the general does not have to carry a dragon for the special skill to take effect.
However, if your current strength is close to k45 (maybe k40-45), you probably already have a lot of dragons and spiritual beasts, then you can assign Duneyrr to a sub-city general.
