How can you get the castle & march effect?
Both are obtained during the “Lost Treasures” event.
After entering the event, you first need to select a treasure you like from the treasures of the current level. Then, click on the scenes on the event page to obtain the treasure. Only after you have obtained the currently selected treasure can you select the next treasure. After all the treasures of the current level are obtained, you can start exploring the treasures of the next level.
After selecting the treasure, you need to consume the “Golden Compass” to explore 5 scenes.
You can obtain golden compasses in the following ways.

Buy golden star daily rewards – After purchase, you can get 6 golden compasses, 3 lost treasure chests, and 1 “Golden Star”. (The Golden Star can increase the golden compass drop rate by 50% and march speed to monsters by 30%.)

You can purchase the Farewell My Concubine Package via the Valuable Event to receive the Farewell My Concubine Monarch Image Chest. Open the chest to get either Xiang Yu or Consort Yu. If you have acquired both, you can gift it to others or use it to get other rewards.
