His active skill is a wide-range attack, and his passive skills include a small-range attack and a back-row buff.
In Adventure Mode, I think Minamoto no Yoshitsune is suitable for the back row, with a general who also does ranged damage next to him and a melee general in the front row.

You can get the ‘Key of Conscription’ by completing daily activity quests. When your activity reaches 145, you can claim 1 key.
Collect 30 fragments of Minamoto no Yoshitsune to compose his general token.
