You can unlock the Eternal when you own an Eternal Town Castle and the Ninth Heaven Sword march effect.

Each time you collect a set of decorations in the Decoration Collection (castle skin + March effect), you will receive an additional generous item reward. The rewards include Refining Stone, Runestone Chest, Dragon Crystal, Dragon Source Fragment, Source of Life, and Blood of Ares.
You can get the Eternal Town Castle skins at the King’s Party event when your party cake reaches level 10.
And you can receive the Ninth Heaven Sword March Effect by purchasing the Decoration Collection Package.
Moreover, the two CP castles also have their own buffs.

You can get the Crane Pavilion at the Voyage to Civilizations event.

You can redeem 31 times for the Crane Pavilion, and each time just need to consume 7 Golden Commemorative Coins.
